Mr. Anupam Agrawal has over 40 years of professional experience in the field of textiles and specializing in spinning industry with a proven track record of turning around and bringing growth to various businesses in India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. He is an MBA with specialization in Marketing. He has more than 10 years of experience of managing Group's business in Uzbekistan.
Mr. Hugo W. Minderhoud is Russian speaking banking specialist with more than 20 years' experience in Central-Asia and the Caucasus. Board member of numerous banks in the region, also as a representative of various international financial institutions. Experienced consultant to businesses, as a regional specialist. Currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Management of Board of OJSC "IpakYuli" Bank (Uzbekistan) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the "Korzinka" group of companies in Uzbekistan;
Mr. Gaurav Talwar has over 20 years of experience in M&A, project finance, corporate finance, private equity deals across sectors ranging from multi-million dollars to multi-billion dollars in frontier, emerging, developing and developed markets. He is an honors graduate from the University of Delhi in commerce. He is also a masters in finance & control from the Lucknow University and an executive masters in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. Mr. Rahul Singh has over 23 years of experience in project, strategy, business development and manufacturing of chemicals and fertilizers in India, Africa and CIS Countries. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Master in Engineering in Control & Instrumentation and EPAF from IIM Calcutta, India. He has more than 5 years of project experience in Central Asia.
