OLTIN NPK 8:20:30
OLTIN NPK 8:20:30
NPK 8:20:30 combines nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P2O5), and potassium (K2O) in a specific ratio of 8 % nitrogen, 20 % phosphorus, and 30 % potassium. It is designed to provide a balanced nutrient supply for crops requiring high phosphorus and potassium, with moderate nitrogen needs.

The major fertilizer that is exported to European Union countries having CE & REACH certified, NPK 8:20:30 is suitable for Corn, Soyabean, Root Vegetables along with Rose, orchards and lawns. Available in 500 kg and 1 ton Big bag.

Key Characteristics
Nutrient Composition
Nutrient Composition
  • NPK 8:20:30: Contains 8 % Nitrogen(N): 20 % available phosphorus (P2O5) and 30 % potassium oxide (K2O)

Nitrogen supports vegetative growth, phosphorus promotes root development and flowering, and potassium enhances fruit quality, disease resistance, and stress tolerance. Our formulations also includes trace elements and sulphur.

Available Forms
Available Forms
  • Granular (2-4 mm): Available in granulated form, typically with granule sizes of 2-4 mm, ensuring uniform application and ease of handling. The granules are roundish, free-flowing, and suitable for mechanized spreading or manual application.

Benefits
benefit no 1

Provides a balanced nutrient ratio for crops with high phosphorus and potassium demands, such as fruits, vegetables, and certain field crops (e.g., cotton, maize, other cereals and potatoes).

benefit no 2

Nitrogen (8 %) supports early vegetative growth without promoting excessive foliage at the expense of fruiting or flowering.

benefit no 3

Phosphorus (20 %) enhances root establishment, flowering, and seed formation, ideal for phosphorus-deficient soils.

Applications
Applications

NPK 8:20:30 is typically applied as a basal fertilizer during sowing or planting, using broadcasting, banding, or seed-cum-fertilizer drills. It can also be used as a side-dressing during crop growth stages. It is suitable for crops like cotton, maize, vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, peppers), fruits (e.g., citrus, grapes), and root crops. Application rates generally range from 350-500 kg/ha, depending on soil tests and crop requirements.

Production
Production

NPK 8:20:30 is manufactured by blending raw materials such as urea or ammonium nitrate (for nitrogen), single super phosphate or Ammophos (for phosphorus), and potassium chloride (for potassium). The mixture is granulated using steam or water, dried, and screened to produce uniform granules.
