About us
OJSC "Kokand Superphosphate Plant," established in 1935, is one of the oldest fertilizer facilities in Uzbekistan and the CIS region. Originally a bulk blending plant, it evolved into a mineral fertilizer producer using phosphate from the Tashkura deposit. The superphosphate plant, built in 1941, boosted domestic fertilizer supply and contributed to wartime production, including explosives during WWII. Over the decades, it has seen multiple expansions and transformations. Today, it produces ammoniated single superphosphate, medical-grade oxygen, paint, and fire extinguisher powder. The 30-hectare site is located in the historic city of Kokand, once capital of the Kokand Khanate.
